Just in time for thanksgiving! This is a coveted family recipe that’s been in my family for years, and an absolute must for holiday get-togethers. While some recipes call for a marshmallow topping (a no-no for vegetarians because of gelatin), this creamy sweet potato casserole sports a crunchy, praline pecan topping with plenty of brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. What’s not to love? Oh, and my favorite part- getting to pretend that this is not a dessert so I can eat it with my dinner. 😉
